- Responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies and plans to support business objectives and goals, including 2B and 2C metrics to drive demand
- Implement strategies to increase user leads and conversion rates through online and offline marketing
- Optimize conversion rates at each stage of the customer funnel, identifying and addressing potential drop-offs
- Collaborate with the product development team to identify opportunities for improving the application user interface and user journey
- Analyze marketing data on the coverage area’s customer funnel and commuting habits, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Work with creative team to coordinate and execute local and branding events
Handle overall strategy and execution of regional campaigns, content management, partnerships, and digital marketing for assigned coverage area. - Oversee on-ground campaign activations, working closely with the regional marketing teams and agencies to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact
- Monitor and manage the regional marketing budget to maximize ROI
- Responsible for gathering user feedback via FGDs and cascading this information to relevant internal teams in order to improve conversion and engagement
- Bachelor’s degree and above in relevant fields such as Marketing, business administration/management
- Have a deep understanding of local market behaviour and pain-points, especially in the transportation category in the Visayas Region (Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, Iloilo, Bacolod)
- Relevant working experience of above 5 years in a Regional Marketing function • Excellent marketing sense, strong communication skills in the assigned coverage area
