Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products/services to customers
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed individual and team targets

Monthly Salary: PHP 21,000

  • 6 mos - 1-year BPO Healthcare Experience related to any Health Programs
  • Good to excellent communications (both verbal & written) and detail oriented.
  • Ability to multitask (taking in calls and responding to email). 
  • Organized and keen attention to details.
  • Problem-Solving Skills - Being able to analyze situations and find solutions to customer efficiently
  • Time Management - ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize customer needs 
  • Adaptability - adapt to different customer personalities and scenarios.
