Position: Executive Assistant & Marketing Project Data Entry Specialist

Work Hours (Client): EST, 9am to 5pm, M-F

Work Hours (MNL): MNL, 10pm to 6am, M-F

Pay Range: $800-$1500/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

The Role: We are seeking a versatile and dedicated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant & Marketing Project Data Entry Specialist. This hybrid role is designed to support the dynamic needs of our two owners and contribute to the data-driven backbone of our marketing projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant Duties:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the two owners, including schedule management, correspondence, and travel arrangements.

• Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and meeting materials.

• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth operations of the owners' daily activities.

Marketing Project Data Entry Specialist Duties:

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain marketing project data in our systems.

• Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis for marketing strategies.

• Coordinate with our fulfillment vendors to ensure accuracy, consistency, and hit deadlines.

• Contribute to the development of our written/recorded training material and SOPs.


Minimum Requirements:

  • • Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a relevant role.
  • • Strong proficiency in MS Office, data entry software (we use Trello), and digital communication tools.
  • • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • • background in a marketing advertising firm would be preferred
