Position: General Manager / AirBnb Specialist

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST / 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time

Holidays: US and/or Philippine holidays

Pay Range: $800-$1,500 per month

Responsibilities

  • Manage Airbnb listings, including updating listing information, pricing, and availability
  • Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests throughout their stay
  • Coordinate check-in and check-out processes
  • Handle any guest issues or complaints promptly and effectively
  • Provide recommendations to guests for local activities, attractions, and restaurants
  • Ensure that the Airbnb listings meet high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
  • Monitor and manage guest reviews and ratings
  • Disputing reviews with Airbnb through understanding and referencing their Review Policy
  • Initiating and tracking claims and resolutions through AirCover, Resolution Center, or other coverage plans
  • Financial reporting for clients monthly
  • Invoicing clients and tracking invoices to make sure they are paid
  • Communicate with cleaners to make sure properties are completed and pictures are provided, and needed supplies are reported

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Airbnb virtual assistant is required
  • Familiarity with the Airbnb platform and management tools
  • Experience with using Hostaway is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
