Position : Patient Intake Coordinator
Working Hours : Mondays to Fridays; 8am - 5:30pm CST/ 10PM to 7:30AM PHT
Salary range : $800 - $1,500USD

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Medical Receptionist to join our team! You will be responsible for scheduling new patients by providing excellent client service, managing our leads using a CRM software, managing one of our providers schedules as well as other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from new patients and schedule their appointments appropriately
- Manage various lead sources using a CRM software
- Discuss upcoming procedures with patients
- Process payments and enter payments into patient ledger
- Obtain medical records + assist with the daily audit
- Schedule leads + referrals sent to us from our affiliate network
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- You are expected to have reliable technology and internet capabilities for remote work
- Strong verbal and written English skills are a MUST! This position has direct patient contact 100% of the time. We need little to no accent, a strong vocabulary and confidence when speaking.
- Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines (preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service, medical or dental offices, or other related fields
- Experience with G Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, G Chat)
- Able to attend working hours (reliability is a must)
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
