Schedule: Monday to Friday 12pm-8pm PST (4am-12pm PHL)
Salary Range: 1300 USD/month plus performance bonus (to be assessed and approved by the client based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities)

Responsibilities:
- Post transactions accurately in QuickBooks Online.
- Run payroll for multiple companies, managing payroll responsibilities for approximately 5 clients.
- Handle bookkeeping duties for around 20 clients.
- Reach out via email to both internal and client contacts for additional clarification on transactions lacking receipts or proper categorization.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
- Preferred certification as a QuickBooks Certified Professional.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
