As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for implementing various human resources programs and supporting the overall HR operations. This role will involve talent acquisition, including crafting job descriptions, managing candidate databases, and coordinating interviews. Additionally, you will provide support to employees on HR-related topics, promote HR programs, assist in policy development, and maintain employee records. Responsibilities
- Craft and update job descriptions
- Prepare job offer letters
- Organize candidates' data in internal databases
- Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback
- Coordinate interviews and contact applicants
- Prepare reports on new hire metrics
- Assist with new hire onboarding
- Provide support to employees in HR-related topics
- Promote HR programs and initiatives
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies
- Organize employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records
- Enhance job satisfaction through perks, benefits, and team-building activities
- Work experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Experience using professional social networks, particularly LinkedIn
