Position : Executive Assistant
Work Hours : M-F 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Central time
Pay Range : $800 - $1500 per month
Are of Responsibility : Assist Directors in their Roles and Responsibilities; Data Management
Reports to : Director

Function: Provide high-level administrative support for directors to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the schedules and communications for directors.
Duties include:
- Organizing email inboxes and working towards responding to all emails requiring a response — drafting emails when needed
- Managing calendars, setting up meetings and updating with workflow meetings and tasks
- Assisting directors with time management and task prioritization
- Collecting and keeping data current and organized in CRM
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an executive assistant
- High School degree
- PA diploma or certification is a plus
