Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9AM-4PM Pacific (1AM-8AM Manila)
Salary Range : 800-1200 USD

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist vendors, manufacturers, etc.
- Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, and appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, memos, presentations, and reports for executives
- Act as a liaison between executives and clients, handling both internal and external communications
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant materials
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including organizing conferences and corporate events
- Conduct research and provide support for special projects as assigned
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Have experience working on start-up companies
- Proficient in English with good to excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly skilled in utilizing Google Suite applications, including Docs, Sheets, etc.
- Highly- organized and detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in an e-commerce company is highly preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience working in a remote environment, equipped with a reliable internet connection and a functional work setup.
- A proactive individual with a problem-solving mindset, able to work with minimal supervision.
