We are Southeast Asia’s leading womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omnichannel presence across Hong Kong SAR China, Indonesia, Malaysia and a retail franchise in Cambodia. The role
The Onsite Merchandiser is for one who loves fashion as much as e-commerce. You will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless onsite experience and show the most relevant assortment to our consumers across digital platforms
You should have / be

Main responsibilities
- Prepare weekly new launches on the website, and manage all key PLPs to ensure relevant assortment receive the right amount of exposure
- Plan and support key consumer moments
- Analyse and monitor sales performance vs targets, onsite traffic, customer satisfaction and provide insights and recommendations to improve sales, onsite experience and optimise traffic engagement
- Define A/B testing and personalisation plans for online customer journeys and e-merchandising aimed at maximising customer engagement, sales and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to elevate platform consumer experience and other revenue generating initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on and execute plans onsite, in line with brand and product goals
- Minimum 2 years of directly relevant experience in the following functions: digital commerce, merchandising, brand marketing, strategy and digital products & experiences
- Strong analytical skills. Ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and recommend action plans to resolve issues. Experience with data visualisation tools, preferably Tableau and Metabase
- Strong presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrix organisation, with multiple stakeholders in different teams
- Self-directed, with strong influencing skills and able to work in a highly flexible and informally structured environment
