Position : Inside Sales Appointment Setter
Working Hours : Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Mountain Time/CST
Salary Range : 800-1000 USD plus commission
Holiday : TBD
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential clients in need of staffing solutions. Utilize various resources, including databases, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
- Outreach and Prospecting: Initiate contact with decision-makers and hiring managers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce our staffing services and gauge their staffing requirements.
- Appointment Scheduling: Set up appointments for our staffing consultants to meet with key decision-makers and present our staffing solutions.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate potential clients based on predetermined criteria to ensure they align with our target market and have staffing needs that match our services.
- CRM Management: Efficiently manage and update lead interactions and appointment schedules using our CRM system to ensure accurate and organized data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the staffing sales team to align appointment setting strategies with overall sales goals and marketing initiatives.
- Follow-up: Engage in regular follow-up communication with prospects to nurture relationships, address any questions or concerns, and convert potential clients into scheduled appointments.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for the number of appointments set and the conversion rate of leads to appointments.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to effectively position our staffing solutions and services.
- Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback, actively participate in training sessions, and adopt best practices to enhance appointment setting techniques and achieve higher success rates.
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Appointment Setter in the staffing industry or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and convey value effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of the staffing industry, including an understanding of job roles, hiring practices, and workforce challenges.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and appointment tracking.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and changing client needs.
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Previous experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is advantageous.
