The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in directly engaging with clients, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling, and providing support. We are looking for someone who pays attention to detail, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and excels in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, answer queries, and provide exceptional service.
- Scheduling and Organization: Utilize Monday.com to input client information and manage schedules and invites
- Email Management and Communication: Monitor the company’s inbox and structure response templates
- Research and Proposal Assistance: Provide support with research and handling proposals
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Monday.com, Zoom, and MS Teams
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in time management and is highly-organized
- Collaborative and versatile
