The client is a course creator, digital content creator, and podcaster focusing on health and beauty
About the role
The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in social media management (especially YouTube), is keen on details, is a self-motivator, and a self-starter
Duties and responsibilities: Someone who can help the client run her show:
- Customer Service
- Organizes and cleans up the business
- Bookkeeping
- Organize and maintain Database
- Respond to inquiries, manages client’s inbox, responds to direct messages in social media
- Other tasks deemed necessary
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar position
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace, and Kajabi
- Bookkeeping experience/proficiency
- Preferably someone who has Social Media Management experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Decision-making skills
- Great problem-solving skills with efficiency
- Can work independently
- Self-led and confident
