Dead Eye Designs is a custom apparel company specializing in high-quality custom products, with a primary focus on the competitive shooting niche. We manage all aspects of production for our products from product development to designing, printing, cutting, and sewing of those products. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and success of our dynamic production operations.

Dead Eye Designs is a subsidiary of Silverback Disruptives, a long-standing agency providing creative and radically disruptive services to help you start, maintain and grow your business in the rapidly changing world of digital sales, marketing and social media.

Job Description:

As the Production Coordinator at Dead Eye Designs, you will be responsible for overseeing various

aspects of production: managing production timelines based on client orders, communicating with account managers about capacity, product development,  and shipping and inventory management. Your key responsibilities will include:

Workers/Members Development Management

  • Work closely with the production team from the development stage to the delivery of finished products.
  • Communicate with workers to ensure they understand their tasks, operate in safe and supported working conditions, and are treated fairly by management.

Occupational Health and Safety Standards

  • Implement and oversee safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment, especially in the physical production process, such as sewing, cutting, heat press, etc.

Production Management

  • Handling all types of production issues, section by section coordination, focusing on the sewing, cutting & finishing section. 
  • Responsible for ensuring the quality of the finished product. 
  • Making sure that all outgoing products pass the company standards and that the products meet customer satisfaction by maintaining quality.

Production Schedule Management

  • Prepare a schedule and plan daily work for the wet and dry process, delegate work based on workload and priority requirements.
  • Focus on daily production planning to meet customer delivery dates and implement customer requirements.



Product Development Management

  • Schedule and coordinate product development tasks.
  • Collaborate with teams to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvement.

Physical Shipping Preparation

  • Manage the weights for US orders destined to the US forwarding point.
  • Book UPS shipping for orders going to the US forwarding point and prepare packing slips.
  • Efficiently pack shipments to meet quality standards.

Production Inventory Management

  • Source materials and ensure their availability for production.
  • Stock shipping materials and manage inventory efficiently.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 
  • In-depth knowledge of production processes
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Has a keen eye for details.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledgeable about sewing and the production of clothing/finished goods.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools: Monday.com, Hubspot, etc. 
  • Familiarity with inventory management practices.
  • Knowledgeable about photo editing software.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)

SALARY

Starting at 15,000 PHP monthly, with adjustments based on experience and performance.
