What you will be doing :
Effective communication and team skills with an ability to cooperate, present to and participate with peers/team members
Basic knowledge of operating systems and systems administration concepts
Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and technologies as well as a personal commitment to stay current with latest technology
concepts
Good problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
Identifies and resolves less clearly defined problems using established procedures and/or protocols as guidelines
What you bring :
5 years and up experience
Mandatory Skills: NetBackup and Commvault both admin experience with SME knowledge is must.
Secondary Skills: Veeam or Avamar admin experience is a plus.Completes backup and recovery, data migration, disaster recovery, upgrades, infrastructure installs, audits and backup reporting/metrics. Works with senior peers to develop change management procedures. Creates and maintains documentation. Creates design proposals and presents concepts during team meetings. Provides assistance with system solution designs. Will require 24x7 on-call support responsibility as well as weekend support as needed. Other related duties assigned as needed.
