What You Will Do
Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked or Internet-related computer programs. (Code must be used in core version of applications available for sale commercially.)
Interacts with product managers and/or users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
Participates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements.
Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies.
Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
Trains and communicates with internal Client Training, Client Relationship and Sales teams on systems application.
May be responsible for developing or executing project plans, budgets and schedules and for documenting work and results.
May deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups to internal and/or external audiences.
Other related duties assigned as needed.
What You Will Bring
Must have skills/tools/experience: IVR Development (Nuance IVR and/or Concentrix Interaction Composer)
Nice to have skills/tools/experience: Any programming language used for IVR Development and experience in Contact Center Technologies such as Nuance IVR, NLU, Nuance MIX, chatbot
At least 5 years of relevant work experience
Mostly virtual work setup but must be willing to work onsite if needed. Office location is at Ecoplaza Building, Don Chino Roces Ave, Magallanes, Makati
College Undergraduates and Non-Bachelor's Degree Holders with relevant work experience are welcome to apply
Strong knowledge of Conversational AI development
Experience in the design/development of IVR applications.
Hands-on development experience on Conversational AI tools such as Nuance mix.
Hands-on experience in conversational UI / call flow design.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills and familiarity in monitoring and instrumentation tools.
Experience in Cassandra\SQL and knowledge of DB concepts, integration technologies with other applications
Experience creating web services
Should be able to understand business requirements and translate to architecture/software development.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
