We are seeking an Onboarding Supervisor to oversee the full onboarding cycle. This role will oversee the Onboarding team for both Manila and other sites in the Philippines.
As Onboarding Supervisor, You Will…
- Be responsible for the full onboarding cycle
- Create and/or update policies to outline the onboarding process
- Oversee the entire team and provide mentoring/coaching to team members
- Work and coordinate with managers and stakeholders to address onboarding issues, or new educational needs regarding specific employees and/or departments
- Attend meetings related to Recruitment and Onboarding to fully understand the needs of hiring requirements
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
As Onboard Supervisor, You Have…
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years onboarding with recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume, call center environment or related industry
- Must have 1-2 years of leadership experience
- Amenable to work in various locations, including our Clark and Cebu sites
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community
- Strong teamwork skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
- Good organizational and time management skills
