We are currently on the hunt for an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team. Your role will be instrumental in identifying and attracting talent for various non-technical departments. The ideal candidate possesses a sharp eye for talented individuals and a passion for creating teams that contribute to the success of our company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop a proactive recruiting strategy for diverse non-technical roles.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Leverage various sourcing techniques including social media channels, networking events, job fairs, and referrals to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitive landscape in order to effectively attract and hire top talent.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate follow-up interviews with team leads and hiring managers.
- 2-4 years experience in a recruitment or related role
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of non-technical positions.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
