Provide support in the initiatives and projects of the Learning & Development (L&D) team, specifically on: (1) Delivery of Learning Programs; (2) Management of Governance Trainings; (3) Data Management; (4) Management of L&D Microsite; (5) L&D Communication Plan and Materials (6) Enablement Support for Change Management programs (7) Learning Management System preparations and back-end support, and (8) L&D Learning Modules (blended learning). This may entail the design, organization, and facilitation of training programs and the collection, organization, updating, monitoring, and visual presentation of data which will bring forth insights into effective Learning and Development initiatives.
