Job Responsibilities
- Forge and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify and cultivate qualified sales leads to drive business growth.
- Sell and negotiate Nippon Express' comprehensive suite of logistics services.
- Secure and retain new clients by delivering exceptional value propositions.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for both current and prospective clients.
- Leverage analytical skills to develop customized logistics plans.
- Proactively anticipate and troubleshoot potential issues, ensuring seamless freight movement.
- Conduct post-shipment follow-ups to gauge customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Achieve individual, team, and company objectives through dedicated performance.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Operations and international partners to optimize freight movement efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5years work experience in a multinational company, preferably in the logistics, ocean forwarding, domestic and cross border transportation, semiconductor & technology.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia language is a must.
- Advance hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM software.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, sell services, and build professional relationships via telephone and email.
