Position: Website and CRM Manager

Work Hours (Client): Mondays to Fridays 9AM - 5PM Pacific Time

Work Hours (MNL): Mondays to Fridays 1AM to 10AM PHT

Pay Range: $1000 - $1800/month

The client is a leading review platform dedicated to providing comprehensive and user-friendly resources on hearing aids and hearing health. Their website, powered by Webflow, offers in-depth editorial content, comparative analyses, interactive tools like hearing tests, and audio files for side-by-side hearing aid comparisons. They are committed to improving hearing health through accurate, up-to-date information and advice.

About the Role:

Their CRM, powered by Hubspot, keeps the community engaged with educational content and support. They are seeking a skilled Website and CRM Manager with a passion for SEO and content management to implement our website's day-to-day operations

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Update the site to improve its health (tags, structure, image compression etc)
  • Input important data (prices, reviews, content)
  • Track site rankings on Google and identifying opportunities for improvements (we use Ahrefs for tracking)
  • Monitor Hotjar, Looker Studio and Google Analytics for user experience issues or opportunities
  • Manage and create Hubspot workflows (content will be authored by our team)
  • Track email performance and make suggestions to increase email engagement
  • Input and format blog posts written by our head audiologist
  • Contributing to brainstorms related to new features and content (based on what we are seeing)
  • Work closely with the founding team to determine weekly and monthly priorities (manage up effectively)
  • Collaborate with our development agency to manage projects and update website sections.
  • Comfortable using Webflow and Hubspot (with training). 
  • Should be curious with a passion to figure things out and improve our overall offering. 
  • Should have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, and be capable of driving user engagement through effective content management. 
  • Should have a foundational understanding of CRM flows and best practices.

  • 2+ years of experience as a Website and CRM Manager
  • Proven experience in website and CRM management
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other SEO tools
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and Webflow
  • Familiarity with digital tools and digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content management
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
