Position : CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Work Hours : Flexible working days with 2 days off, 8am-5pm (1 hour break), UK timezone
Holidays : TBD
Pay Range : $800-1,500 USD per month
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via online platform Zendesk logged in as info@theturmeric.co, and responding via email, live chat and social media.
- Provide customers with expert help and advice on the full product range and be able to knowledgeably describe the incredible benefits of the product range. (Basic templates provided).
- Proficiently resolving product or service problems such as order/subscription queries, delivery issues, transaction problems/issues; determining the cause of the problem; explaining the best solution to the customer to solve their problem and provide a timely follow-up to ensure the outcome is to their satisfaction.
- Work with the TTC team to help develop ideas and initiatives to support a first-class customer experience.
- Share insights with the TTC team regarding customer needs and feedback, actions and remedies.
- Building a positive and happy relationship with all TTC customers by communicating with them following the TTC Brand guidelines.
Written
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Good to Excellent Communication and written Skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent Computer/digital/smartphone literacy.
- Knowledge of CRM or Customer Service Platforms such as Zendesk. (Training can be provided)
- Ability to remain professional and considerate with customers and with a willingness to go the extra mile to help.
- Fun, optimistic, and happy with a bright outlook.
- Reliable and flexible, ability to work in a team and independently.
- Effective Communication: The customer is always right, offer a positive can-do approach to the customer
- Technical knowledge: You will likely need to know a bit of Technical/industry knowledge to effectively solve problems.
