As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, focusing on outbound sales outreach. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by engaging potential clients through cold emailing and diligent follow-ups.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Eco-pliant's sustainable packaging products to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.
- Execute outbound sales strategies, including cold emailing, to identify and engage potential leads.
- Maintain a consistent follow-up routine with prospects to advance them through the sales pipeline.
- Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot, Airtable, and WooCommerce to track and manage lead data efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and share insights from customer interactions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism in all communications.
- Proven experience in lead generation or a similar sales role.
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Airtable, and WooCommerce.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
