Job Title: Financial Analyst
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible Hours & time zone (at least 3 hours of overlaps with Europe time zone for updates and all)
Salary: 1,000 - 1,500 USD
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct initial cuts for an underwriting model to streamline processing time
- Leverage underwriting experience in real estate to assess financial risk and viability of proposed projects
- Dedicate exclusive focus to underwriting responsibilities for the organization
- Maintain high availability to accommodate the dynamic nature of the underwriting process
- Maintain up to date deal status notes on the company’s pipeline
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of underwriting concepts, particularly in the context of finance-focused real estate
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Finance Underwriter, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in financial analysis and Microsoft Excel
- Working comprehension of profit & loss statements discounted cash flow analysis, and related finance concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
