We are looking for a Clinical Quality Control Specialist! As a Clinical Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end monitoring and inspecting the clinical research protocols subject's chart. As a Clinical Quality Control Specialist, you are also responsible for:
- Generating missed visits and out-of-window reports daily
- Closely coordinate with the onsite team
- Ensure that the visits are scheduled and appropriate documentation is captured within the source.
- End-to-end monitoring of the subject's chart from screening up until the end of treatment
- Make modifications and improvements to the data or reports
- Ensuring that the organization's output is accurate in order to meet established quality standards
- Produce, evaluate, and validate audit reports which will be discussed with the superiors.
What were looking for
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of Quality Control or Clinical Research
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
- Ability to work in a team-fostered environment.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment..
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
- An experience as a Clinical Research Associate or Clinical Research Officer (CRA/CRO) is a plus!
