Salary: P60,000 to P90,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in Data Administration.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel, VBA Macro and Powerapps skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis: can interpret and draw conclusions.
  • An understanding of data management principles, practices, and tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information management, Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Background in Microsoft D365, Power Platform or similar systems.
  • SQL and Database management.
  • Experience in a retail environment.

What will you do?

  • Responsible for timely and accurate completion of master data origination and maintenance requests ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and security of organization’s master data.
  • Create, update, and maintain master data records in compliance with established protocols, processes and data governance standards.
  • Analyse system data integrity reports and data processing issues communicated by users, promptly to resolve inconsistent or inaccurate master file details.
  • Configure and optimise data structures, fields, and workflows to support accurate data entry and retrieval.
  • Utilise and administer data management systems, processes and platforms effectively ensuring compliance with internal data security policies.
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data creation, maintenance, and governance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data management processes and enhance efficiency.
