- Manage the legal practice’s calendar, ensuring seamless coordination of appointments and engagements
- Help prepare Harry for meetings including pre-meeting research and briefings
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing expense reports and managing invoice payments
- Coordinate meetings, take notes, and actuate follow-up items
- Arrange events, lunches, and dinners, and handle gifting, for client meetings

- Assist in document preparation to support ongoing projects
Household - Coordinate comprehensive door-to-door travel arrangements for both business and personal trips.
- Undertake special projects, such as scouting venues, booking reservations, and organizing events.
- Manage personal appointments, including medical, wellness, and other essential bookings
- Oversee household management tasks, including researching, hiring and liaising with contractors, maintenance, and domestic staff
- Plan and coordinate family events, celebrations, and gatherings
- Keep the principal updated on progress of projects
- Manage philanthropic and board engagements and interests
- Displays a willingness to take innovative approaches to administrative support
- A year of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficient with Gmail, Office 365, Google Slides, and Google Docs, and enthusiastic about mastering new online productivity and project management tools.
