Job title: Shopify Support
Pay Rate: $900-1,500
Work Hours: M-F Flexible with 2 hours PST overlap
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our Shopify product catalog of over 3,000 product listings that need to be reviewed for accuracy, and optimized according to our standards
- Create and update product pages, ensuring accurate and appealing product descriptions and images
- Stay updated with the latest Shopify features and best practices to optimize website performance and customer experience
- Manage product listings, including uploading and updating product information
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Above Average to Excellent Communication and Written Skills
- Proficient in Shopify, Flexpoint (big plus), Google Sheets, and Google Workspace
- E-commerce experience is preferred.
- High attention to detail, able to follow rules/style guide, and a good decision maker.
