**LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES**

Position : Technical Support Specialist

Working Hours : Mondays to Fridays; 3:00AM to 11:30 AM PST

Salary range : $800 - $1,200

BACKGROUND OF THE COMPANY:
The company is an an AI-driven CRM, marketing, and analytics software system for all home service businesses.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist responsible for providing our customers with exceptional support, ensuring their  queries and concerns are resolved promptly and efficiently.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create tutorials for new features and how to get setup in Copilot.
  • Create articles for help and support database. 
  • Join and take Zoom audio/video calls and web chats to support and troubleshoot for users.
  • Create social media posts for FB page and IG (client testimonials, pieces of Zoom calls recording, new features, software comparisons).
  • Create content for FB Group (tutorials of features, answer questions and moderate community, attend team meetings for support and training. 
  • Manage billing and subscriptions in Stripe for users that are having trouble. 
  • Stay involved in Jira and Notion project management for bug fixes and dev team features.

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience with Technical Support and/or Customer Service experience.
  • Working knowledge and experience of using collaboration tools like MS Offices and Google Workspace. 
  • Working knowledge and experience in using communication tools like Zoom, MS Teams, and Google Meet.
  • Proven  experience in a customer-facing role, preferably handling technical support, customer service, and chat support.
  • Proven track record of delighting customers and exceeding their expectations.
  • Proficiency with any customer service software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have at least Above Average communication skills.
  • Friendly and empathetic demeanor.
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability, backed by good judgment.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and teams.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
