Position : Social Media Marketing Manager
Holidays : US or PH Holidays
Salary Range : 800-1200 USD/month
Working Hours : M-F, flexible but needs to be available EST (client usually works as early as 3am-6am EST)
Main Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and management of organic content calendar (daily)
- Oversee organic content redistribution across all social media platforms (daily)
- Twitter / X
- Threads
- YouTube
- Oversee audience engagement across all social media platforms (daily)
- Replying to comments on my posts
- Leaving comments on other people’s posts
- Track organic content performance across all social media platforms (daily)
- Upload & schedule email newsletters (weekly) - Mon/Wed/Fri
- Track email newsletter performance (weekly)
- Attend team meeting on Mondays at 11 AM ET (weekly)
- Attend 1-on-1 meeting @ date TBD (weekly)
- Analyze organic content performance to identify new trends and opportunities (weekly)
- Report on organic content performance across all platforms, along with best-performing posts & formats (weekly)
- Report on organic content performance across all platforms, along with new trends, opportunities, and best-performing posts & formats (monthly)
- Design and build out new opt-in pages, landing pages, and sales pages (as needed)
- Create new images, diagrams, slide decks & other visual assets in Canva (as needed)
- Set up & implement new email automations (as needed)
- Set up & implement new software tools & tech integrations (as needed)
