Position: Senior Buyer
Working Hours/Shift: Israel time zone, Sunday to Thursday or Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
Salary Range: $1000-$1500 /month

What You’ll Do:
- Take a hands-on approach to drive excellence in sourcing and procurement.
- Serve as the company's resident expert, designing and executing a global supplier and procurement strategy.
- Lay the foundation for future procurement workflows and processes, collaborating closely with the product team to define essential features and system capabilities.
- Implement effective Quality Management procedures to ensure the highest standards in procurement practices.
- Hire and manage freelancers and different service providers to execute end-to-end client procurement.
- Work tirelessly to build and optimize internal procedures, monitor KPIs, and constantly seek new ways to enhance efficiency.
- A get-things-done individual with a goal-oriented work ethic.
- Possess an autonomous spirit with a mindset for building and optimizing processes.
- 5+ years of procurement experience in an international context, working with both buyers and sellers. Familiarity with the Electronic components space-advantage.
- Excellent spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets) and a willingness to adapt to and leverage technological advancements in procurement.
- High degree of intercultural competence and negotiation experience with international partners.
- Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating seamlessly across different departments.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
