ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence through compelling visual content. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around the dynamic creation and enhancement of video and image advertisements, contributing to the overall success of our marketing initiatives. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creative flair, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly within a team environment.
SCOPE OF WORK:
- Edit 5-8, 2-3 minute video ads per week in various styles (UGC, podcast, spokesperson, AI + Broll, etc.), each with 5 variations. Total 25-40 assets.
- Edit 5-10 image ads per week, each with 5 variations. Total 25-50 assets.
- Organize and manage broll content received from content creators.
- Select broll content from the library with a keen attention to detail.
- Implement broll content as per Creative Director's instructions and proactively contribute your own selections to enhance ads.
- Actively seek to improve ads based on Creative Director feedback and provide constructive input during meetings.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience working with an ecommerce brand, specifically in editing UGC style ads.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage content and tasks effectively. Responsible for taking notes and setting reminders for assigned tasks.
- Problem-solving mentality - always seeking solutions before reporting issues.
- Reliable and effective communication within the team.
