As part of our global reach and network, the Senior Rotating Engineer will play a key role in providing outstanding recruitment solutions, identifying high potential professionals with sophisticated skills from different industries such as Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Infrastructure, Energy, Water, Transportation, Science & Technology and Health Care. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in the Oil & Energy industry and will play a key role in driving the success of Eram Talent.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, and engines
- Develop and oversee maintenance programs and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to identify and address issues before they become major problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute equipment improvement projects
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- BS in Mechanical Engineering + 10 years of experience + 5 years as Mechanical Rotating Engineer
- At least 5+ years of experience in rotating equipment engineering in the Oil & Energy industry
- Strong technical knowledge of rotating equipment design, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Demonstrated experience leading successful equipment improvement projects
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
