Eram Talent, a leading independent talent acquisition consultancy, is seeking a Process Engineer to work in the oil and energy industry. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing process solutions for our leading oil and gas client. The successful candidate will work with a team of experienced engineers and consultants to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions to clients.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop process solutions, using simulation software and other tools as necessary.
- Optimize existing processes, identifying areas of inefficiency or waste and developing solutions to address them.
- Work with project teams to implement new processes and ensure their successful integration into operations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process diagrams, operating procedures, and training materials.
- Collaborate with other engineers and consultants to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide recommendations and solutions accordingly.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and efficiency gains.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 9+ years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the oil and energy industry.
- Strong technical knowledge in process simulation and troubleshooting, sizing of equipment’s and safety relief valves.
- Solid in Hysys and flarenet softwares. Experience with oil and gas upstream processing facilities. Familiar with HAZOP and LOPA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound decision-making abilities and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team or independently as required.
