Eram Talent is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cost Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The Cost Engineer will play a key role in analyzing project costs, creating budgets, and ensuring cost-effective solutions for our clients in various sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Infrastructure, Energy, Water, Transportation, Science & Technology, and Health Care.
Responsibilities
- Develop project cost estimates and budgets
- Monitor and control project costs to ensure adherence to budget
- Analyze cost data and provide reports to management
- Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing
- Review and approve project change orders
- Provide cost engineering support to project managers and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in cost engineering or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, and cost control techniques
- Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the oil and energy industry is preferred
