As a Construction Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects for our clients in the region. Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to construction teams to ensure adherence to safety, quality control, and environmental standards.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and schedules.
- Monitor and inspect construction sites to ensure work is being carried out according to approved plans and within budget.
- Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 Years of Experience.
- Proven experience working in construction management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniques.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural plans and drawings.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and building codes in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
