Responsibilities:
- Address concerns via incoming calls
- Answer inquiries thru intercom
- Do outbound calls to nurses and facilities
- Complede side project assigned by the client if there's any
Monthly Salary: PHP 21,000
- At least 6 months of BPO experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must be willing to work on-site Shaw Mandaluyong
