About the Role
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support services for our clients. You will handle various issues, from non-technical to billing-related concerns, integrating APIs, and answering technical concerns. Your role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients’ payment portal experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer client tickets as they come in, resolving both technical and non-technical issues
- Work closely with clients to integrate APIs
- Handle billing-related questions and issues
- Offer solutions and assistance to a wide range of technical queries
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Technical background is an advantage
- Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Helpscout, Ticketing system, Stripe, and Paypal is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
