Position: Business Development Manager

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM GMT / 4 PM - 12 MN PH Time

Holiday/s: PH Holiday + 10 days paid leave

Salary Range: $1,200 - 1,800/month (can be up to $2,000 for exceptional candidates)

About the company:

The company is a tool safety company focusing on compliance with a range of products for both the distribution and end-user markets.

Part of our growth plans includes a full range of projected safety lighting for use in production and industrial facilities across the UK to reduce the accidents that occur within warehouses and on sites where forklifts and people share the same space.

The decision-makers for purchasing such solutions are normally the Health and safety director or the operations director.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify suitable target customers
  • Contact them by telephone to introduce the company/products.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry, manufacturing storage, and distribution industries.
  • Actively prospect, pitch, and warm up leads for the senior consultants to take forward
  • following a site consultation you will produce the quotation and monitor all followup
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations tailored to the needs of clients.
  • Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing support for educational clients.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • An MBA (Master of Business Administration) is a plus.
  • Proven track record (5+ years) of success in business development or sales.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (Hubspot preferred) and other sales productivity tools.
  • Excellent English-speaking communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
  • Passion for safety and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the industrial sector.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

10 days paid leave + PH Holiday
