Turnitin is seeking an LMS Administrator who will be responsible for administration of our Skilljar Customer Learning Platform, data, metrics, integrations, and optimization. This includes integrations, modifications, and testing of new and/or upgraded application package releases. In this role, the LMS Administrator is responsible for collaborating with various internal teams for continuous improvement of system functionality, troubleshooting solutions for end-users, and ensuring software standards and project deliverables are met. The LMS Administrator will support the vision, direction, and overall strategy for our Customer Onboarding Assessment team. This role is based in North America and requires working North America hours.
Key Responsibilities and Outputs:
- Day-to-day administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) including release management, feature evaluations, and end-user support
- Organize and maintain content, which includes uploading, publishing, versioning
- Manage roles, security, and permissions
- Maintain data integrity such as course codes, descriptions, and other required information
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure successful execution of customer learning through LMS and standardized content when applicable
- Collect, analyze and report LMS metrics to drive actionable insights for program usage, completion, optimization and continuous improvement of learning solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to administer and manage LMS SSO configuration and integrations with systems such as; Salesforce, Tableau, Zendesk, and Zoom
- Work with vendor as needed to resolve software/ technical issues as they arise
- Develop and maintain LMS analytics to measure the effectiveness of Customer Onboarding content, tools, and services
Essential:
- Experience working with and managing a customer-facing LMS platform (Skilljar preferred)
- Prior experience in a SaaS company
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or related field or equivalent work experience
- Result Oriented, with demonstrated knowledge and strong track record of delivering results in a high performance, continuous improvement environment through process optimization and facilitation
- Analytical mindset, a strong affinity for process optimization and data-based performance improvement
- Proficient at data analysis
- Demonstrated experience with problem-solving and critical thinking
Desirable:
- Prior experience managing a Skilljar LMS
- Prior experience working with LMS integrations and APIs
