Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM Pacific Time / 1AM - 10AM PH Time
Salary: $800 - $1500 / per month
- Technical execution. This means you will be responsible for attending to comments and revisions for existing and new client projects with the guidance of the Graphic Design Manager in a timely, professional and organized manner utilizing strong knowledge in multiple media areas and programs like InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
- Optimizing the design process. This means you will be a key player in helping maintain an optimized workflow to standardize project flow and execution. The goal is to be on top of incoming client requests and deadlines making sure that all assets submitted are within the Artisans visual and technical standards.
- Critical thinkers. This means you have the ability to decide independently when needed and are able to creatively find a way around atypical roadblocks and challenges to help deliver and enforce solutions.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Junio Graphic Designer.
- Maintain an organized and optimized workflow
- Able to problem solve
- A self starter
- Must be proficient in:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Knowledge in these programs is a plus (if no knowledge, must be willing to learn)
- Adobe XD
- Wordpress
- Email design (Mailchimp)
- Zeplin
- Adobe After Effects
- Must have strong foundations of:
- Typographical hierarchy
- Color theory
- Composition
