We have an exciting opportunity for a Call Center Trainer to join our team. As a Call Center Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our call center agents.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop training materials based on call center agent needs
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify knowledge and skill gaps
- Monitor and evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in call center training
- Assist in the onboarding process of new call center agents
- Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve training programs
- Qualifications:
- At least 1 year teaching experience BPO experience is preferred but not required
- At least C1 english comms
