As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries
- Assist customers in resolving product or service-related issues
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer records
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or BPO setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
