Position: Sales and Operations Administrator
Work Hours: 40 hours per week (approximately 2 pm–11 pm Central Time, Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday)
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
Pay Range: 750 USD per month
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to potential customer inquiries via email, phone calls, text messages, and virtual meetings
- Hold sales calls to explain the value we provide and walk clients through the process of planning bar service for their event.
- Manage employee scheduling and records; prepare event details for staff;
- Maintain company data, including HR data, employee certification data, and inventory.
- Prepare customer shopping lists and other client-facing communications; send them accurately and on time.
- Manage social media platforms.
- Manage the company email address.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or a similar position (CRM, invoicing, or client calls).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM, or Airtable is a plus
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English
- Personal computer and ability to take or make phone calls during set hours (to be agreed upon, but will need to have overlap with US afternoons and evenings)
- Ability to meet deadlines, stay organized, and complete tasks with minimal oversight
- Annual equipment allotment
- Yearly bonus (13th-month pay) if successfully hitting metrics
