Billing
- Vouching vendor bills for cost of sales and calculating license fees to be billed to clients in accordance to the agreement.
- Invoicing client reimbursable and intercompany transactions.
- Securing proper approval of invoices before sending it to clients through email or payment portals.
- Responding to invoice related inquiries from profit centers and from clients.
- Performing JSOX controls related to billing.
General Accounting & Other
- Assisting in the month end, quarter end and year end closing process including monthly financial close workbook preparation.
- Supporting the Finance department in improving current processes.
- Assisting in special projects as required.
- Continuing professional development.
