Employee and Org Communications
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans for People-related programs and initiatives through different channels (email, employee portal, print, and other communication platforms) as aligned with the overall HR goals and organizational objectives.
- Partner with the various HR units and departments in developing and ensuring that the communication strategies, tailored specifically to their business needs, are carried out timely and accordingly.
- Manage communications governance and signoff processes and provide reports and recommendations on the performance of HR communications initiatives and programs.
- Lead the content management of various HR communication platforms (Email, Digital, Print, etc.)
- Provide support to digital projects through various change Management initiatives/programs.
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans to ensure timely, transparent, and accurate information dissemination during challenging situations.
Writing and Creatives
- Lead the conceptualization and creation of engaging HR Communication materials such as but not limited to: content writing, scriptwriting, artwork creation, photo and video editing, announcement layouts, and animation.
Management of Communication Platforms
- Oversee and manage various communication platforms, ensuring that they are effectively utilized (social media platforms, email, Facebook workplace, etc.)
- Regularly measure and evaluate the effectiveness of various communication platforms
Employer Branding
- Collaborate closely with the Talent attraction team in developing and implementing communication strategies that amplify the employer brand, making the organization an employer of choice.
- Support the implementation of the identified employer brand strategies and programs, which include social media campaigns, talent community management, and brand ambassador programs.
- Develop engaging and targeted content that highlights the company's culture, values, and people.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in the conceptualization, design, and effective implementation of the organization’s culture and engagement strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the other HR and cross-functional teams in the effective and timely implementation of various engagement initiatives across the organization, such as but not limited to thematic events, social activities, company anniversaries, health & wellness programs, workshops, webinars, etc.
- Assist in managing employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and milestones.
Other Tasks
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting for all communication and engagement-related initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging employee engagement and communication trends to continuously enhance the efficiency of programs and channels.
- Perform other activities and projects that may be assigned by immediate superior.
