Job Title: Digital Ads and SEO Specialist
Work Hours: M-F; 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Melbourne/6:00 AM-2:00 PM PH Time
Salary: 1,000-1,500 USD per month (plus commission)
Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Digital Ads and SEO Specialist to join our team. The Digital Marketer will play a pivotal role in executing Digital Ads, back-end utilization, SEO improvements, marketing strategies, particularly focusing on Google and social media ads management, graphic design, SEO and marketing funnels. This role requires an experienced, creative and organized individual who can effectively communicate our value proposition and engage with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have the desire to be part of a team that is passionate about making a difference in the veterinary industry, and who is prepared to have fun.
Digital Ads Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising strategies and platforms.
- Creating and running ads on digital platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok.
- Proven ability to analyze data and optimize ad campaigns for optimal results.
Graphic Design:
- Intermediate to advanced skill set with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
- Not just relying on Canva.
- Following current trends - proven track record needs to be demonstrated.
SEO:
- On-Page SEO:
- 20 Keyword analysis
- Quarterly SEO Audit of website
- Onsite SEO maintenance
- Update meta title and description
- Update h1 and h2
- Update image alt text
- Update content
- Internal linking
- Improve JavaScript and CSS files
- Off-Page SEO:
- Create new Backlinks
- Manage Backlinks
- Find new platforms to sign up for
- Google Analytics tracking and management
- Google My Business Management
- Google Tag Manager Management
- Content Strategy and Planning
Portfolio:
- Must possess a portfolio showcasing previous work and successful ad campaigns.
- Demonstrable results in improving website performance and achieving business objectives.
Certifications:
- Certifications in digital marketing and Adobe are a plus.
- Priority on a strong background and practical experience over certifications.
- 3+ Years of experience in running digital Ads for Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Strong experience (with samples) in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
- Skills: experience editing in YouTube or podcast (pre- and post-production) - Highly desirable.
- Tools: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, any editing tools
- Tech Stack: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and MySQL.
- Strong at using: Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Google Suite (Meet, Docs, Sheets), and Calendars (Apple and Google).
- Have the “wanting to take on the world” attitude.
- Have a positive and energetic character.
- Knows how to do logical research and find answers from different channels and avenues.
- Knows how to utilize ChatGPT and other AI resources to our marketing advantage.
- Available to work during Melbourne, Australia hours.
- Very strong attention to detail and near-native English-speaking accent. Proficient English Speaker (comfortable talking, writing, and reading).
