We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with our key clients.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and objectives
- Develop account strategies to meet client goals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements
- Monitor and track account performance
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell services to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Preferably 2-3yrs experience as a Account Manager/Account POC.
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
- Solid computer skills, especially MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
