As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide exceptional technical assistance to customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity
- Assist customers in setting up and configuring their devices and software applications
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately and comprehensively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry best practices
- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service while handling customer inquiries
- With or without call center experience high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
