Our client is actively seeking a highly skilled Part-time Payroll Specialist to oversee and manage payroll operations for their employees in both Australia and the Philippines (Total of 19-20 employees). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing, demonstrating an understanding of payroll regulations in both regions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Execute end-to-end payroll processing for employees in Australia and the Philippines.
• Ensure timely and precise calculation of wages, taxes, and other deductions.
• Prepare and submit reports and payments accurately and punctually.
• Maintain accurate and organized payroll records for auditing purposes.
• Prepare and distribute pay slips, ensuring transparency and clarity in financial information.
• Address payroll-related queries and concerns from employees promptly and professionally.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, with exposure to both Australian and Philippine payroll systems.
• Experience with XERO accounting software is highly advantageous.
• Experience in other various international payment systems is also welcome.
• Strong ability in accounting/payroll.
• Very good English-speaking ability.
• Self-autonomy without the need of micro management.
